So I have been thinking about writing a story, but unsure what to do about it

basically Ive been thinking about writing this story

This teenager at a camp about 100 miles away from home when China, and Japan joint forces attack and secure a beach hear on California, and Florida without any warning at all. The US military had seen it coming for years, and has found a way to space travel to other planets
(basically when the universe was started, everything was together, and started expanding. The military had some how figured a way to create a craft that will go with the expansion and send the craft through space at a high rate of speed)
The military had sent out 4 other ships, and were about to send out a fifth ship full of the top military minds, a ton of youth. The mission was to find new allies, and technology to retake America. somehow most of the military leaders and youth that were suppose to be on the craft were killed. The military knew that it could only send out one more craft before the Chinese took the rest of America, and the ones who were left behind would be forced to destroy all records of the project.
So the military took kids from local camps and stuff. didnt tell them anything about what was going on until they were on a ship heading off into space.

There are a ton of twists in this, and alot more to be discovered.


So what do you guys think? I was thinking this would be an awesome movie, with a huge background

Trust me, it sounds good, but if you want to get a directers attention you have to set it up so that it can be easily interpeted. Also you need a cause and effect, like why is China and Japan attacking us? It would help to get into alot of detail. ALOT. You will have to be willing to sit at this computer and type until your fingers fall off and you have to get replacements (JKlol) It will be hard to do. But you do have that potential.

I already have a reason, and that is one of the many twists in it. Ive had 2 versions of this, Im thinking about a third and possible final version of it though
